Victoria’s Universal Cry for Justice seeking Support of the Good Media, to Share & Publish her Story & Public Opinion Case without Prejudice, to help & support her while her life is threatened.
Victoria has bravely battled for Justice for 20 years of Denial from Kuwait her Birth land with No Reply to her Letters she mailed to Kuwait Government. So she stood up and filed, representing herself as pro per, her human rights case on Sept. 18, 2014 in US District Federal Court in Los Angeles, California. With a Pending Lawsuit Plaintiff Victoria Elia Kaldawi vs THE STATE OF KUWAIT and Its Ministry of Interior, and its agents, with over 10 crimes Committed against her of: Kidnapping; Torture; Illegal Abduction; Arbitrary Arrest; Incommunicado Detention; Assault; Battery; Degraded Cruel Treatment; Persecution; Libel & Slander; Defamation of goodwill; Abuse of Process; Denial of Due Process of Law; Deprivation of Property; Forced Wrongful Expulsion&15 Various Violations of Universal Recognized Human Rights.
What happened to Plaintiff Victoria is that after becoming a United States Citizen, while she was involved in Commercial activity doing business in post-Gulf War reconstruction with Kuwait; and while she was preparing joyfully to attend USA Independence Day Celebration, invited by US Ambassador Exc. Ryan Crocker, while Americans were celebrating our USA Independence Day, she was tortured, abducted & forcibly Kidnapped on July 4th 1995 for 4 days and nights, from her home-rented apartment where she had lived in since October 1991, and from which she operated her business in Kuwait, by 3 assigned Kuwaiti Govt. Intelligence service Agents from Ministry of Interior unlawfully under the Color of Law, by order from their Supervisors Defendants Fahed and Abdullah who are no longer government officials. She was injured harshly, humiliated & Persecuted with over 10 crimes against her & traumatized suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) till today. They killed her alive in a brutal way. She was wrongfully expelled to Lebanon on July 8, 1995 where she was for 6 months of sickness & spiritual journey (instead of USA where her home & parents are in Los Angeles, California), she returned home to her loving parents on Christmas Eve 24th of December 1995.
And what hurt her more is that the Foreign Service National Consular Specialist & other Officers at the US Embassy in Kuwait FAILED TO RESCUE HER as they didn’t help save her at all and became partners in crimes, though they were notified and knew from day one of her abduction and detention, they failed to exercise their due care to perform their Mandatory Discretionary duties to protect and take care of an American Woman US Citizen abroad as usually it is their duty to protect and rescue any American in danger or in trouble, and she was registered as US Citizen.
Victoria is hurting so much as Holy Ramadan Fasting Month started, while KUWAIT GOVERNMENT thru its Ministers of Interior & Foreign Affairs & all Defendants are denying & & AVOIDING to Reply & GETTING SERVED the Summons & Complaint received by its Ministry of Justice on 5-14, 2015, from third Attempt to Serve thru FedEx, mailed for Third Attempt to Serve, from US District Court-Los Angeles, California, according to Hague Convention, which Kuwait is a Member of, to their Central Authority, International Relations Department, though their Undersecretary Supervisor Mr. Zakaria who declared that they delivered the mail to Defendants, but he mentioned that they may or may not sign receipt. As of Today, a month later since then, still no reply, while Holy Ramadan Month started.

Victoria Elia Kaldawi is an American Lebanese Christian; born in Kuwait 2-26 (Liberation Day), where her parents lived for work 30 years (though Kuwait doesn’t give any birth rights or residency to any foreign born there); a Victim Hurting Business Woman & a Peace Advocate, immigrated to USA since 1986 where she resides in Los Angeles since then; a Business Administration Graduate (Finance & Real Estate) from California State University-Long Beach; a Humanitarian (Singer (Soprano) & Actress-SAG) known in Hollywood as Queen Victoria of Sheba; Published in 2007 her Album CD: “Love For Peace”; A Writer & Executive Producer; a Human Counselor since 1986 as she helped for charity many needy from every age, religion and race, she is spiritually gifted to ease pain & suffering of people, to comfort, heal and inspire humanity & troubled hearts, with hope for stronger Faith to rise and stand up to take actions For Love, to be happier, healthier and successful in life; a Founder of Victoria World Foundation (Non Profit Charity established 1998) based in Beverly Hills, to spread Love & Peace, Joy, Truth, Justice & Welfare to the World as she is determined to spread her message from Lebanon and from Hollywood (USA) to the World through all her Songs, Film Productions, Websites, Books, Blogs & Life Coaching. She says: I am from USA Nation of Liberty and from Lebanon Paradise on Earth”, the Homeland of the Message and of many Saints, and the Origin of many Prominent Humanitarians & Artists like Danny Thomas & Jubran Khalil Jubran. Victoria was a prominent public figure and published for the Government “Kuwait International Directory 1994 – Economic, Investment & Touristic- 400 pages (200 pictures) in English & Arabic Languages, that is when her Mission started publicly in Kuwait as she received many letters from Govt. for her unique book. She had worked in past as Secretary at National Petroleum Co. then 3 years at Industrial Bank of Kuwait as Internal Auditor, then after Liberation she established Victoria International Trading Co. as Consultant, as she represented American cos to do business in Kuwait, while 3 Americans she sponsored got kidnapped in Iraq for a month then one died (or was killed) upon return.
